450 mm thick basement slab. N16-200 EW T&B reduced to SL81 T&B + SteelX — achieving watertight concrete by design without membranes.

Liberty Slab — 150 mm thick. Originally specified as a post-tension slab, changed to a SteelX Liberty Slab with SL92 mesh and 18 kg/m³ SteelX 5:25. No joints and no visible cracks.

Jointless topping slab — 29 m × 21 m, 70–120 mm thick. Fully restrained by edge beam with SL72 mesh, 18 kg/m³ SteelX 5:25 and E5 Internal Cure. Not a single visible crack — reported by engineer.

31 m × 17 m unrestrained freezer slab with SL82 Mesh and 18 kg/m³ SteelX 5:25. No joints and no visible cracks — critical for hygiene in cold storage environments.

235 mm thick — 33 m × 21 m slab with large pits and full edge restraint. 23 kg/m³ SteelX 5:25 with 1 layer SL81 mesh bottom. Built by Hutchinson Builders. Replaced conventional 290 mm design with N16-200 bottom + N12-200 top. No joints and no visible cracks.

Liberty Slab — 400 mm thick, 33 m × 12 m. SL102 mesh top and bottom with N12-500 in the long direction and 18 kg/m³ SteelX 5:25. Designed for heavy mine equipment.

Liberty Slab — 150 mm thick, 26 m × 9.5 m. SL72 mesh with N12-500 in the long direction, 18 kg/m³ SteelX 5:25 and E5 Internal Cure. No joints and no cracks.

Liberty Slab — 160 mm thick. Two restrained slabs: 33 m × 32 m and 33 m × 12 m. SL102 mesh with 18 kg/m³ SteelX 5:25 and E5 Internal Cure. Crack free slabs.

150 mm slab, 32 MPa with E5 Internal Cure. Concreted by A La Spec Concreting, finished by Brad.

Crack free pavement slabs with coloured concrete using E5 Internal Cure. Consistent finish achieved over summer heat and wind.

E5 Internal Cure allowed removal of retarder and air admixtures from the mix. 500 m² finished by 1 man in summer. 95 m³ placed before surface breaking required.

Burnished finish aided by reduced bleed using E5 Internal Cure. External slabs placed in full sun over summer with no cracks.

700 m² driveway poured over summer with no cracking using E5 Internal Cure.

10,000 m² of 100 mm thick slabs poured November – February. First pour 600 m² in 37°C as trial — no early age cracking. Excellent results for the whole project using E5 Internal Cure.

Client had significant plastic cracking in external slabs. E5 Internal Cure reduced cracking by over 70%. E5 is now the standard for all slabs.

Acid tank slabs, internal warehouse, and external pavement — all cured with E5 Internal Cure. Dosed on site by McClay Industries. Concreter has made E5 the standard curing practice. 2 men saved on every pour. Stable and predictable concrete.

Drag strip slabs cured with E5 Internal Cure. Slumps stable over transport, smooth concrete to place. Concrete to DTMR specification.

Burnished house slab using E5 Internal Cure and E5 Liquid Fly Ash. Flawless finish achieved. Pump pressures reported 50% lower by pump operator.

External slabs at Armidale Airport using E5 Internal Cure. Concreter noticed creaminess on first load.
