Traditional drying can take weeks or months, creating costly construction delays. Premature covering installation leads to adhesive failure, bubbling, and floor covering delamination.
Our Approach
E5 Internal Cure controls the evaporation of mix water, ensuring it is consumed during hydration rather than migrating to the surface. E5 Catalyst is applied topically during finishing to create an extremely dense surface that controls pH and moisture migration. Together, they dramatically reduce MVE and accelerate the timeline for floor covering installation.
